In 2002, on the background of a void of firms in this field in the Moldova area, S.C. Creativ Multimedia S.R.L. is created, and in October the first issue of the Iasi Construct catalogue is published. In February 2004, instead of the fourth edition of the Iasi Construct catalogue, the first issue of the Moldova Construct catalogue is published.
Since 3.02.2004, S.C.Creativ Multimedia S.R.L. changes its name to S.C. Moldova Construct S.R.L. Thus, the Moldova Construct catalogue becomes a trademark of S.C.Moldova Construct S.R.L. which is performing in the sales and advertising counselling field (7414 indicative in the CAEN code).
Starting with 2004, the Moldova Construct catalogue is published twice a year, in February and August. It is the only regional catalogue with information in the construction and design field, with a circulation of 5.000 copies. In the same year, the catalogue is published in electronic form, on www.moldovaconstruct.ro.
In 2005, the Moldova Construct catalogue has a circulation of 10.000 copies a year and covers: Iasi, Bacau, Botosani, Neamt, Suceava, Vaslui.
Moldova Construct registers with OSIM the slogan „Build informed!”
In 2006, the distribution area of the catalogue includes Iasi, Bacau, Botosani, Neamt, Suceava, Vaslui counties, being edited in 12.000 copies a year. Since August 2006, starting with the 6th edition, the Moldova Construct catalogue becomes a direct intermediary between the regional business environment in Romania (represented by the counties: Bacau, Botosani, Iasi, Neamt, Suceava and Vaslui) and the business community in Chisinau, Moldavian Republic. The coverage area is extended to Braila, Galati and Vrancea counties as well.
Since 2007, the circulation will increase to 7.500 copies per issue, that is 15.000 copies per year, registering a 50% growth compared to 2005, when 5.000 copies per issue were edited.
„It is a useful information instrument that should become a constant presence in the office of everyone who participates in building: architects and engineers, realtors and, not last, investors”.
